Hollow from the other side

In this new project, the objective is to make 3D hollow forms that could be printed on the 3D printer. There are only two constraints for this assignment, the forms must be single perimeter and self-supporting. So I made the bottom of the shapes bigger than the top to make a triangular structure (which is the strongest form) so it is able to stand on its own.

So this is probably one of the coolest but also hardest project so far in this class. I actually had a pretty hard time making shapes that didn't end up inverting in the middle. And some of the shapes I had first had in mind ended up looking pretty... distorted. Other than that, it was pretty fun experimenting on how to create the forms.
